In 2012 the Applefest will run over the long weekend, starting on Friday night the 11th March and concluding on Saturday March 12th.  On Sunday 13th March will be the inaugural Harcourt Applefest Duathalon. 

2012 boasts the 21st Applefest for Harcourt. With a change seeing the Applefest run on the Friday night and Saturday, and other events, the program is packed full of enjoyable events. The tentitive program for the 2012 Applefest is now available, so keep your eyes peeled for that and we hope to see everyone there.

Some of the features of the 2012 Applefest will be:

The art show at the Heritage Centre;
A one day street market featuring loads of local produce;
 Plenty of fun, games and competitons;
The bigger, better and more hotly contested apple pie baking competition;
The favourite - the Harcourt ferret race;
The ever-popular fun run will this year be a duathalon around Harcourt;
The informative growers tent & of course, in all their many delicious forms, apples............
